Many believers are running hard, but not all of us are running the right race. We confuse motivation, which rises and falls with the moment, with passion, which is planted by God and connected to purpose.
The equation
Purpose is found where passion meets talent. When you discover what God placed in you and what stirs your heart for His people, you begin to see the lane that was marked out for you.
Your endurance is a key indicator of whether you’re running the right race.
If you are always exhausted, always restarting, and always waiting to feel inspired, it may be time to ask a better question. Not “How do I get motivated?” but “Is this the race I was born to run?”
