The Movement
Forward by Faith.
RESET Your Thinking.Realign Your Priorities.Reclaim Your Purpose.
RESET is a faith-grounded framework for intentional living, leadership, and decision-making.
Life has a way of pulling us away from what matters most. Sometimes we drift without realizing it. Sometimes circumstances change. Sometimes the decisions we made yesterday no longer serve the purpose we are called to fulfill tomorrow.
RESET provides a practical process to recognize that drift, reconnect with our foundation, realign our priorities, evaluate our choices, and move forward intentionally.
“Become the author of your next decision instead of the product of your last experience.”
The Process
RESET begins with an important realization: You cannot always control what has happened, but you can take responsibility for what happens next.
The four steps provide a repeatable process for moving from drift to purpose and from reaction to intentional action.
What anchors me?
Reconnect with God, your foundation, and the deeper purpose of your life.
Before deciding where to go, remember who you are and what grounds you. Grounding provides stability when circumstances are uncertain.
Reconnect with your foundation.
What matters most?
Identify your priorities, recognize where drift has occurred, and bring your decisions, responsibilities, and commitments back into alignment with your purpose.
Realign your priorities.
What do I need to see and understand?
Examine your circumstances, relationships, resources, opportunities, and challenges through the five RESET principles.
Awareness requires more than information. It requires the willingness to ask better questions, recognize reality, and understand the consequences of our choices.
Evaluate through RESET.
What will I do next?
Turn awareness into action. Make deliberate decisions, take responsibility for your next move, and act in ways that reflect your faith, priorities, and purpose.
Decide and move.
Reflect→Learn→Adjust→Keep Moving
RESET is not a one-time event. It is a repeatable way of living and making decisions.

The Decision Lens
The four steps tell us how to move forward. The five RESET principles help us determine how to think, evaluate, and act along the way.
These principles are especially important during the AWARE step, when we examine our circumstances before deciding what to do next.
Am I honoring the dignity, worth, and responsibility of everyone involved?
Respect begins with recognizing the value of people, including ourselves, even when perspectives and experiences differ.
Do I understand enough to make a wise and informed decision?
Education requires curiosity, truth-seeking, listening, learning, and the willingness to challenge assumptions.
Who benefits from this decision, and how does it contribute to something greater than myself?
Service transforms knowledge, gifts, influence, and resources into meaningful contributions to others.
Am I using my time, energy, opportunities, and resources responsibly?
Efficiency is the practice of good stewardship: reducing unnecessary waste while increasing meaningful impact.
Am I acting with honesty, clarity, integrity, and accountability?
Transparency builds trust by making our intentions, decisions, processes, and responsibilities understandable.
Forward by Faith is the foundation and guiding posture of the movement, not a sixth principle.
